How many people can I ride with?
Our cars seat 4, so if you're looking to pool a ride then you can bring one other passenger, the same as your co-rider. If you're just taking a classic ride and not looking to pool, then up to 3 friends can join you.
I've lost an item
Please use our lost property form, remembering to provide us with as many details as possible about your lost item and the ride you took. If we find it we'll let you know.
Can I check out my driver and/or pooled riders before I book a ride?
Yes. All of our drivers and riders (including you), can be reviewed after completing a ride and their score shows you how many people would choose to ride with them again. The higher the percentage, the higher the rating.
How do I review my driver and pooled riders?
After finishing your ride, you'll be given the option to review the driver and other riders if you pooled. Simply select if you would choose to ride with the person again. If you want to pass on further feedback.
I had an issue with my driver
If you've had an issue that you couldn't fix by speaking to your driver, please let us know on our feedback form with as much detail as possible

I've booked a ride. How do I know if someone wants to share?
Our app starts searching for you straight away and notifies you when we've found people going the same way as you. Remember: You'll need to keep your phone close by and have notifications for spotlight turned on for your device.
When are your office hours?
Our normal working hours are from 8am-5pm daily. Our toll free lines are however opened 24/7
How do I benefit from 123 Ryde promos?
To enjoy our promos you need to have signed up with us through our website or our app from the google store. Please refer to links to the official 123 Ryde website in the promotion description before signing up.
What if I don't have a smart phone or internet connections?

A vehicle owner who sign up with 123 Ryde and earns in percentage after having satisfied all requirements.
How much do I earn as a partner?
As a 123 Ryde partner, you can earn up to N100, 000 - N200, 000 per week (gross) as long as you meet the required service.

Sign up through the 123 Ryde app from the play store for IOS and ANDRIOD devices or visit our website for instructions.
How do I download the 123 app?
